Forsyth County inmate dies from medical emergency, deputies say

FORSYTH COUNTY, N.C. — A man died from a medical emergency in Forsyth County, deputies say. 

Around 7:45 p.m., Christopher Ronald Boiling's cellmate told a Forsyth County Detention Officer that Boiling was suffering from a medical emergency. 

The officer tried to save him and then a nurse stepped in to perform life-saving measures. Boiling did not survive. 

The cause of his death is unknown at this time. This investigation is ongoing.
