Erwin Montessori Students Create Thank You Video For Alamance Elementary

The students made a special video to say thank you to Alamance Elementary for opening their arms and their school after the tornado.

GREENSBORO, N.C. -- A cool thank you from students at Erwin Montessori School...forced to finish the school year elsewhere because of tornado damage.

When the EF-2 tornado hit Guilford and Rockingham Counties in April, it heavily damaged Erwin, along with Hampton and Peeler elementary schools.

Erwin students finished the school year at Alamance Elementary, and they couldn't be more grateful.

The students made a special video to say thank you to Alamance Elementary for opening their arms and their school.

Students at Erwin will stay at Alamance for the next school year. Peeler and Hampton students will also stay at their transition schools.
