Celebrating Yuletide in Kernersville 

Festive family-friendly fun takes center stage in Kernersville on Saturday, December 9. 

Here are 4 local destinations to come together to host Yuletide to remember. 

Korner's Folly 

South Main Street, Kernersville 

Victorian Christmas 10 a.m. - 4 p.m., last entry at 3 p.m. 

Visit with Santa at 11 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Kernersville Auto Museum

10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

McLaurin Farms in Greensboro

McLaurin Farms offers a unique way to see their lights with hayride through this spectacular light show. You also get a chance to see Santa.

The light show starts Nov. 24-Dec. 30

Ticket prices are $20 Monday-Friday, $25 Saturday-Sunday

Parking is $10 cash

Children 2 and under get in for free.

Winter Wonderlights at Greensboro Science Center

Walk into the Winter Wonderlights at the Greensboro Science Center and experience a magical wonderland.

The lights start from Nov. 22-Dec. 31 from 5:30 p.m.-10 p.m.

Tickets:

$20 for GSC Members 

$25 for Non-Members 

Children 2 and under get in free.

If you go Monday through Thursday (except for the week of Christmas), you can buy discounted tickets at $16 for ages 3 and up.

GSC Winter Wonderlights

Festival of Lights in Greensboro

The Festival of Lights will be held in Center City Park for the community tree lighting, caroling.

The event will be on Dec. 1 from 5:30 p.m.- 9 p.m.


The Christmas Balls of Sunset Hills in Greensboro

This Christmas tradition of the Christmas balls in the Sunset Hills neighborhood in Greensboro is a good way to kick -off the holiday season!

No payment necessary but you can bring in a canned food donation to drop off.

Kersey Valley Christmas in Archdale

A wonderful farm is transformed into a magical Christmas vision. You also get a chance to meet the Grinch and Santa.

Monday-Thursday 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Friday, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Saturday, 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Sunday 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Tickets must be purchased online.

General Admission- $25 (Ages 4 and up)

Seniors- $15 (Ages 65 and up)

Parking is cash only.


Tanglewood Festival of Lights in Winston-Salem

Set to music this light show gives this Winter Wonderland stand out. Take in the sights with family.

Prices:

  • Family (cars, vans, trucks): $20 cash, $23 credit card
  • Commercial (vans, minibusses, limos): $45 cash, $48 credit card
  • Motorcoaches & Buses (large group vehicles): $115 cash, $118 credit card

Gerringer's Greenhouse offers a country Christmas experience with hayrides, a light show, and a chance to meet Santa.
