WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — A food service industry startup in Winston-Salem is experiencing exponential growth amid the ongoing global quarantine around the COVID-19 pandemic.
Swipeby, a curb-side restaurant pick-up app, recorded 3,000% growth over the past five days, launched nationwide and is in the process of rolling out in founder Carl Turner’s native Germany.
