New York, NY -- Britney Spears has been voted the world's worst celebrity dog owner and she has K-Fed to blame for it. The editor of The New York Dog and the Hollywood Dog magazines says "Britney was the overwhelming choice." She says Spears never used to leave home without taking at least one of her three Chihuahuas with her, but once she got married, the dogs disappeared.Spears replaces last year's worst dog owner, Paris Hilton, who's now in second place. Oprah Winfrey was voted the best celebrity dog owner. She has five of them.
