Gov. Cooper, others offer reward for info in 2017 Greensboro murder case

Governor Roy Cooper and Greensboro/Guilford Crime Stoppers are offering rewards for information that will lead to an arrest in a 2017 Greensboro murder case.

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Governor Roy Cooper announced the State is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to the arrest of the person(s) responsible in the murder of a Greensboro man in 2017.

Patrol officers responded to the Grab-N-Go gas station located at 637 Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive in Greensboro on Jan. 14, 2017 shortly before 3:30 a.m.

When officers arrived they found Terry Allred, 33, with a gunshot wound.

He was taken to the hospital where he later died.

Greensboro/Guilford Crime Stoppers is also offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest in the case.
