GREENSBORO, N.C. — Greensboro police are investigating a homicide at a hotel on Monday.
Police got a call about a shooting at the Studio 6 Hotel on Veasley Street around 5 p.m. Officers found 43-year-old Norman Manuel, Jr., who was pronounced dead at the scene.
GPD said there have not been many gun-related incidents in this area over the past year, but like other neighboring cities, it has seen a rise in homicides.
