1 injured in shooting on Bears Creek Road, Greensboro police say

Greensboro police said a person was injured in a shooting on Bears Creek Road.

GREENSBORO, N.C. — A person was injured in an early morning shooting in Greensboro Thursday, according to police. 

The Greensboro Police Department said they were called to the 2700 block of Bears Creek Road. When officers arrived, they located a gunshot victim, who was then transported to a local hospital.

Police said the victim is in stable condition as of this afternoon.

This investigation is in its early stages, with no suspect description.
