Greensboro Teen Must Learn to Walk Again After Hit-and-Run, Will Spend Christmas in Hospital

Emmanuel Gomez's sister says Emmanuel is undergoing rehab in Charlotte.

A Greensboro teen needs to learn to walk again after he was hit by a driver who took off.

15-year-old Emmanuel Gomez was the victim of a hit-and-run on December 5th at the intersection of S. Elm-Eugene and West Lakefield Drive in Greensboro.

His dog died in the accident.

Emmanuel is currently in Charlotte, undergoing rehab.

His sister says he can't move his right foot, and they'll be spending the holidays at the hospital.

The suspect is believed to be driving a dark colored, 2-door coupe.
