Missing Man’s Car Involved In Accident Found In Surry County

Since the accident, Binns has been missing. He was last seen wearing a white button-up shirt, gray basketball shorts, and brown penny-loafers.

Surry County, NC (WFMY) -- A missing person report has been filed for 38-year-old Allen Leon Binns Sr. according to the Surry County Sheriff's Office.

Binns was seen at the Red Stripe in Pilot Mountain around 9:30 pm and again at the Blue Mountain Convenience store on Cook School Road around 9:36 pm.

After further investigation, it was discovered that Binns had been involved in a car accident on Hwy 89 near the Palomino Ranch in Lowgap.

The accident occurred Saturday, June 16, around 10:40 pm. The vehicle, a 2012 Silver Honda Accord was found with minor damage.

Since the accident, Binns has been missing. He was last seen wearing a white button-up shirt, gray basketball shorts, and brown penny-loafers.
