The inspector said an employee was preparing ready-to-eat food with their bare hands. There was no documentation for parasite destruction for the raw fish served in the sushi & sashimi rolls. And some plates and utensils that were supposed to be clean were still dirty. An employee told us they've corrected the problems and are waiting to be re-inspected.
