Here are six things to know about Expert Global Solutions, an Alorica company, that's adding 800 jobs to the Triad.
- Alorica acquired Expert Global Solutions, a customer service company and call center, in June.
- EGS is already High Point's ninth largest employer.
- All added jobs will be at the EGS facility located near the Greensboro/High Point border.
- The EGS facility will have Alorica signage on Jan. 1, 2017.
- Alorica specializes in fields such as customer acquisition and sales, customer support, to logistics and fulfillment.
- The EGS acquisition means Alorica will employ approximately 100,000 people in 154 locations spanning 16 countries across five continents, according to its website.
