GREENSBORO, N.C. — This interactive map will show you live results county-by-county in the 2024 North Carolina Primary.
Everyone in Guilford County will get a new representative in DC after state lawmakers redrew Congressional boundaries.
The current District 6 is represented by democrat Kathy Manning, but Manning is not running again after state lawmakers redrew her district to favor Republicans.
The current district is mostly centered around Guilford County which is a democratic strong hold. Now Guilford County will be split into three different districts. District 6 includes High Point, a little bit of Forsyth County, and goes South to Davidson and Davie.
District 5 is most of Greensboro and stretches out west to the mountains through Rockingham, Stokes, Surry, and Wilkes.
District 9 is the eastern part of Guilford with Alamance, Randolph, and a little more south.
What's cool with this map is that as results come in from the election, we'll be able to see in real-time where on the map each candidate is doing the best. The same thing goes for the presidential race and governor's races.
