GREENSBORO, N.C. — Severe storms hit the Triad for the third day in a row. The WFMY News 2 Weather Team is tracking a cold front moving our way that could cause storms through the late evening hours.
Scattered heavy rain will continue at times overnight and could create some additional flooding concerns. Please be careful or even stay off the roads if possible.
Once this cold front moves through overnight, we're on our way to a cooler weekend. Clouds will roll in for Saturday, and temperatures will be stuck around 70 even during the day. It's possible to see a few showers tomorrow as well.
