Body Found in Hotel Parking Lot Leads to Winston-Salem Homicide Investigation
Winston Salem police are investigating a homicide. It happened early Friday morning around 1:00 a.m. at The Travelers Inn on University Parkway. Police say someone found a body lying in the parking lot and called 911.
