High Point police say the Washington Terrace Park shooting is gang related
An 18-year-old was killed and a 13-year-old was injured during the shooting.
High Point Police say two suspects, between the ages of 17 and 19 -- fired shots from behind trees near Boundary Avenue, down *into the park.
