Man With Guns, Bullets and Magazines Arrested At Smith High School, Prompts Lockdown
Smith High's School Resource Officer arrested Steve Spence who came on campus and walked into the cafeteria. Spence was armed with 2 guns, and a backpack that contained boxes of bullets, police confirm. He was also driving a stolen car.
