RAW DRONE VIDEO: Emerald Isle Tornado Damage From Dorian
A tornado touched down in Emerald Isle, North Carolina early Thursday, according to the National Weather Service. Hurricane Dorian is passing the Carolinas Thursday and Friday before making its way up the coast.
