HIGH POINT, N.C. — For the first time ever, a group of sixteen High Point showrooms is set to open for a five-day event that runs from December 1-5 from10 am -5 pm.
The event, called Cool Yule, is a shop-local holiday celebration of all things design, including furniture, home accessories, fine art, sculpture, textiles, pottery, one-of-a-kind vintage finds, candles, and even local art and artisan pop-ups.
“It’s time to open High Point, and Cool Yule is sort of HPxD’s coming-out party. These showrooms - the creativity, the energy, the designs, and inspiration - it’s an experience. The time is right to let the brands, makers, interior designers, and their clients, and people passionate about design mix and mingle,” said HPxD chairman and Splashworks owner Tom Van Dessel.
