Triad food distributor buys 10 warehouses for $101.3 million

GREENSBORO, N.C. — A Triad-based company has purchased 10 warehouses for a total of $101.3 million.

HF Foods Group Inc. (NASDAQ: HFFG), a food distributor to Asian restaurants across the Southeast, Pacific and Mountain West regions of the United States, has completed the purchase through its wholly owned subsidiary B&R Global Holdings, (BRGH) Inc.

Under the terms of the purchase, BRGH acquired a 100 percent stake in nine independent property holding companies.
