GREENSBORO, N.C. — A man has been charged in a deadly Greensboro shooting.
Greensboro police said Terrence Rahvon Black, 29, died following a shooting on Kay Street.
Police were called to the shooting just before 9:30 p.m. Tuesday. Officers found Black with a gunshot wound.
Early Wednesday morning, police said Black died from his injuries. The investigation was upgraded to a homicide.
Police on Friday charged Asmar Rasheed Hemphill Sr., 40, with first-degree murder.
Hemphill is being held in the Guilford County Jail with no bond.
