WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Winston- Salem police said Sunday afternoon they were called to an apartment complex at 1317 North Main Street about a shooting.
When police showed up they found 59-year-old Shannon Clark inside the apartment dead. Police said she died from a gunshot wound.
Police said Clark's family has been notified.
The investigation is in the early stages. WSPD said its Criminal Investigation Division is investigating.
