BELEWS CREEK, N.C. -- Since 1985, sunflowers have lined our highways as part of NC DOT's wildflower program. But here's something you might not know -- those flowers come from a farm right here in the Triad.

Chris Crump is the owner of Dogwood Farms in Belews Creek and has worked with the NC DOT for over 20 years. Every year, he plants sunflowers for the summer that are used across the state. And now, he's letting the public get a glimpse of these golden beauties at his farm.
