Lamborghini, SUV Go Up In Flames At NC Walmart Gas Station

The driver of the Lamborghini was pumping gas when some spilled, causing the fire, the Jacksonville Police Department says.

JACKSONVILLE, N.C. — A Lamborghini car and SUV caught on fire at a Walmart gas station Saturday on Western Boulevard in Jacksonville. 

According to CBS affiliate WNCT, City of Jacksonville spokesman Glen Hargett confirmed a call came in around 1:10 p.m. about a Lamborghini on fire at the gas station.

Jacksonville Police say the driver of the Lamborghini was pumping gas when some spilled, causing the fire.

As a result, the car next to the Lamborghini, which appeared to be an SUV, also caught fire. 

According to Hargett, no one was hurt during the incident.
