GREENSBORO, N.C. — The Greensboro Science Center's Discovery House is closing its doors, but it's to make way for a new exhibit — The Greensboro Biodome & ARCC.
Crews are preparing for construction and the center is excited to be making the transformation for its guests to explore. The GSC said the area that is currently the Discovery House will soon becomme the entrance to the new Biodome.
The animals from the Discovery House will still be around. A new holding space is being created for them as well, so they can remain animal abassadors in the center's programs.
GSC also said the Discovery House bathrooms and SKYWILD will remain open for the time being.
In the meantime, the center will continue to update everyone of the progress of the Biodome.
