GREENSBORO, N.C. — Greensboro police said a road closure on Grecade Street will remain until 5 p.m. Friday following a crash involving a utility pole earlier.
All north and south-bound lanes of Grecade Street between West Bessemer Avenue and West Wendover Avenue is closed.
According to the Duke Energy power outage map, thousands of customers are without power in the area.
There are no reported injuries at this time.
Drivers should avoid this area and choose another way until further notice.
