BURLINGTON, N.C. — John Ratliff resigned as chief executive officer of LabCorp Diagnostics (NYSE: LH) on Nov. 1, the company announced Wednesday.
Ratliff’s new role had been announced less than a month earlier and was set to take effect the day he stepped down.
Before being named CEO of LabCorp Diagnostics last month, Ratliff was CEO of Covance. Both companies are owned by Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings, which is based in Burlington.
