GREENSBORO, N.C. — Greensboro police are investigating after a man was shot and killed Friday on Randleman Road.
Investigators said officers responded to Randleman Road in reference to an aggravated assault.
31-year-old Nikita Legrant Milton, of Greensboro has been identified as the victim.
After they arrived, police found Milton suffering from a gunshot wound.
WFMY News 2 crews arrived at the scene and found police tape blocking off the parking lot to a shopping plaza.
Milton's death is being investigated as a homicide.
