WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — One person is dead after a car crash on the 5000 block of South Main Street near Jones Road around 2:15 p.m. on Sunday, according to the Winston-Salem Fire Department.
Hazmat crews are on the scene due to fuel leakage, but that has since been mitigated.
South Main Street was closed for an extended period but is now back open.
