Sprouts Farmers Market will be located in the Westridge Square shopping center in Greensboro.

The 30,000-square-foot store will be located at 3357 Battleground Ave. in the Westridge Square shopping center. It's setting up shop in the old Harris Teeter, which closed down summer 2017.

"Greensboro shoppers will discover an abundant selection of fresh fruits and vegetables and barrels of wholesome grains, nuts and sweets in a bright, open store layout," according to a press release.

Sprouts aims to offer fresh, natural, organic products at affordable prices, according to the company.

The new store is currently hiring workers to fill the approximately 150 new jobs in the Greensboro location, including department managers, clerks, cashiers, and more.

The Sprouts is set to open about two miles away from a new Trader Joe's in Greensboro, but the opening date for that store is not yet publicly released.

Sprouts Farmers Market currently has four other stores in North Carolina, located in Raleigh, Charlotte, Fayetteville, and Durham.

Headquartered in Phoenix AZ, Sprouts has more than 300 stores across the U.S.
